Billy

In February 2023, Billy was found wandering around a church parking lot. He was picked up a wonderful woman named Nora who tracked down his owners. The owners surrendered Billy which prompted Nora to take him home and call GRRoM.

Billy was quickly adopted by another wonderful woman named Debbie who loves him to pieces!
