Remembering Lady

✨ In memory of GRRoM Golden, Lady

Lady’s mom wanted us to share her words about Lady:

“On December 7, 2023, I lost my sweet and gentle 13 year-old Lady to cancer. Although I only had her since May 8th of last year, she owned such a huge place in my heart which is now empty. Her owner had passed away unexpectedly and I was fortunate enough to foster her. Not surprisingly, I fell in love with her and got to be her forever home. I truly believe she knew that she would be loved and cared for the rest of her life. She loved her walks though seemed more interested in sniffing every blade of grass and every post, fire hydrant, etc., than actually walking. One of her very favorite things, besides food and snacks of course, was to roll in the grass and snow. She loved the sun in her face and the wind through her fur. She loved making doggy angels in the snow. It was such a joy to see her so happy and content. I miss her so very much but know she’s out of pain and playing chase with all of our beloved pets up in Heaven. Sweet dreams my dear Lady.”

Our hearts go out to Lady's family as they navigate the loss of their cherished 13-year-old Golden Retriever. The pain of saying goodbye to a beloved furry family member is a universal experience, and our thoughts are with all who understand the deep bond and heartache that comes with such farewells. In sharing Lady's story, we honor her memory and the special moments she brought into the lives of those who loved her. May her legacy be a source of comfort and a reminder of the enduring love we hold for our furry
