Scout’s Story

Scout is one of our young and handsome GRRoM Goldens who came to us at 19 months old. He is a typical happy fun loving boy. He has a problem in his right eye called Corneal Lipidosis. It is an accumulation of fatty (lipid) deposits on the surface of the eye. He was seen by an ophthalmologist and surgery is recommended to remove the lipid from the surface of the eye and restore comfort. Drops are being given to Scout to help provide comfort. He is now blinking and squinting more than before, likely the result of pain. We want to help Scout have his right eye restored and be able to enjoy his young active life. If you would like to help with this operation, we are asking for donations to help with the cost of the surgery.

Thank you everyone for all the support and help for our special Goldens
