She arrived at her foster home in February 2024, brought by Liz and Jim, who were instrumental in her initial transition. At the time of her rescue, Annie weighed 104 pounds and was in dire need of care and attention. Over the past few months, she has undergone a stunning transformation, losing weight and regaining her vitality.

Annie's foster home reports that she had a good checkup recently, although they are still waiting for the results of her blood work to determine if her medication needs to be adjusted. Despite some weight loss due to her medication and increased outdoor activity, Annie now weighs a healthy 76 pounds. Her coat has filled in beautifully, with new hair on her tail, legs, and tummy, enhancing her already striking appearance.
