Who is looking for a snuggle pup? If so, Brandy might be the girl for you. She was rescued from a puppy mill and is progressing wonderfully. Her age is estimated to be 4 years old. Brandy can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly to people. What she wants most is to be with you and get affection. She puts her paws on your lap or chest so that she can get love. Because she is gentle and only 58 lbs., her touch is light. Brandy loves her walks around the neighborhood. She does well on a leash, but she is still excited when she sees birds and squirrels, so she will pull at times. Brandy jumps right into the car and rides really well. She is currently sleeping all night in bed with her foster family and that's the way she likes it. An ideal home for Brandy would be a relatively quiet one where her people are home most of the time. Children should be 10 or over. Above all, she needs gentle people who understand that she can still be fearful of unexpected noises and sudden movements. She gets along well with her Golden foster brother. Cats are unknown. Brandy would do well in a home with another confident dog or on her own where she can get all the attention and love. A physical fence is preferred, but a tie-out would be accepted. No electronic fences please. Brandy is a sweet loving girl with so much potential.
