Who doesn’t love a beautiful Golden that looks into your eyes like you are her first love? Grace is the sweetest girl and a gentle old soul for being only 2 years old. She is very content to be surrounded by her family and her tennis ball. Any outdoor time should include retrieving, walks and other stimulation to keep her mind engaged. Grace proudly practices basic commands, is mild mannered and a bit shy when meeting someone new, but with her gentle demeanor, her foster thinks she could become a great emotional support or therapy dog. Belly rubs could last all day for her! She would do well with a family that is home more often than not. She is crate trained; rides well in the car and enjoys swimming. Due to her young age a physical fence is mandatory, and a positive reinforcement obedience class is recommended. Grace was surrendered by a young family due to resource guarding her food with other dogs in the home, so no other pets please. Children should be 10 or older. Grace would do well with an experienced or novice family. She is just a joy to be around. Come meet this special Golden!
