This sweet and affectionate 58 lb girl is ready for her new family! She is a calm gentle soul with so much love to give and wants to be close and involved in whatever you do! She loves to go for walks and does well on leash. She likes to play and wrestle with the resident dog and previously lived with another large dog and a cat, but was surrendered due to some issues with the small dog in the home, so only large dogs in her new home.

She prefers being with her people and would love a family that spends a lot of time at home or is willing to take her with them on all their adventures. We are working on basic commands. She will require positive reinforcement training classes with proof of paid registration due at time of adoption.  Who knows!  You may even want to try some of the many popular dog sports with her!  We are working with Sunny on sharing her toys with other dogs. A physical fence is preferred for Sunny but other forms of containment may be considered for a family committed to exercising Sunny daily. Children in her new home must be 10 or older. Novice or experienced families are welcome to visit this sweetie if you meet all of her requirements.
