Veterinary Payments Manager

In 2007 a co-worker asked me to dog sit for her Golden. Sonny was perfect in every way and I was hooked. After my 14 year old dog passed away, my heart needed time to heal but the house was way too quiet. I started fostering for GRROM in 2008 and quickly learned some of the dogs just have to stay! The seniors have always had a special place in my heart. It is my mission to make sure they live out their lives feeling safe and loved. Seeing them with their forever families is especially rewarding! (And yes, some of them have to stay, too!)  

After I retired I decided to volunteer on the administrative side. I maintain our calendar for vet appointments and pay those bills, distribute and file the paid invoices, help our fosters plan the initial vet visits for new dogs, and answer questions that might come up during those visits. 

It is a privilege to be part of such a great organization!
