5 Puppies Rescued in Tremendous GRRoM Volunteer Effort!

On a freezing blustery January day, something wonderful happened in Blissfield MI.

A group of very committed GRRoM volunteers showed up to take home five adorable, beautiful picture perfect Golden Retriever puppies from an Indiana puppy mill.

We all met at 2:30 and then the transport person, Gary, arrived with pups in tow. We opened the back door and there were 5 happy, smiling, tail wagging puppies.

We took them out of the crates and handed them off to the excited fosters. Then we had to determine males and females. These snuggly, round belly pups were nestling into their fosters necks and shoulders, seeking warmth and love. They were shivering 🥶. We all savored this special moment of each one saying goodbye and taking off with their little loves. It truly exemplifies everything that GRRoM represents: rescuing dogs and finding safe, caring homes for them. I am thrilled to have witnessed this puppy transfer today.
