Beau
Birthday: 12/22/22 - Male Golden
Status:
Adopted!
🎄 🐾 Beau has found his forever family just in time for the holidays (and his 2nd Birthday!) 🐾 🎄
This sweet boy now has a loving home, complete with a kitty sister named Finley, who’s ready to show him the ropes (and maybe teach him a thing or two about who’s really in charge 😏🐱).
We couldn’t think of a better gift this season than this precious puppy face. After all, what gift is complete without a “beau”?? 🎁🐶
Thank you to Beau’s new family for opening your hearts and home to this amazing pup. Here’s to a lifetime of love, snuggles, and lots of adventures!
About:
Beau is a wonderful dog that was surrendered to GRRoM because his owners didn't have time for him, and work required him to be crated 12 hours a day sometimes. He is an active fellow that is loving and sweet. He loves hugs, sitting on his foster's lap, eating ice cubes, and chasing his tail. He's a very fast runner, and when needed, he will run outside super-fast to do his business and then run back inside for a treat. Beau loves affection and attention. He knows basic commands, is housebroken, rides well in the car and loves walks though he needs more leash training. If you are looking for a quiet dog, Beau doesn’t bark! He still has some puppy-ness to work through so he should be supervised as he sometimes chews things he shouldn't, and he can't resist counter surfing if there is something tempting left out. He is crate trained for times when he can't be supervised. Beau sleeps contentedly through the night in his own bed in his foster's bedroom. Beau would do best in an active home where children are at least 10 years old. He would do well with a novice or experienced family. A physically fenced yard is required. No known exposure to cats. Previous owner stated that he got along fine with other dogs. Formal positive reinforcement obedience training is recommended.
